During construction a dedicated project manager becomes your single point of contact, coordinating partitions, ceilings, flooring, electrical and mechanical works, joinery, furniture installation and final finishes. We manage quality control, health and safety, and every inspection and approval along the way. At handover you receive a snag-free, ready-to-occupy workspace — on time and on budget.
Every fit-out in Dubai must satisfy a web of regulations, and getting them right is where inexperienced contractors come unstuck.
